Talking Rhythms : Terms and Conditions
Requirements.
- • Talking Rhythms agree to ensure that working practices are safe, appropriate staff checks are undertaken and personal equipment is insured. ( Cases of malicious damage to equipment may require reimbursement.)
- • The employer agrees to ensure that due care and attention is paid to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults at all times. Wherever necessary an appropriate member of staff must be available to support Talking Rhythms activities.
- • The employer agrees to inform Talking Rhythms of any situation or individual that may increase the risk of injury or damage within the activity (eg particular medical conditions, or behavioural issues or circumstances associated with the venue for the activity).
Unforseen circumstances.
- • If either party is unable to meet the terms agreed through unforeseen circumstances, e.g. illness the parties will agree a new schedule for the event.
Cancellations
- • In the event of customer cancellations the following conditions will apply.
- • One third of the fee will be paid up to two weeks before the event, one half of the fee up to one week before the event and the whole fee will be due if cancellation occurs in the week prior to the event.
Payment of fees
- • Payment to be received no later than 30 days from receipt of letter headed invoice
Talking Rhythms reserves the right to exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
